darksun9210 Posts:1317 | August 22, 2008, 02:03:59 PM hmmm, they put a 5.25" floppy into an IBM XT that the A1200 is sitting on, the game loads instantly, (the magic of TV), and the machine is described to have come from either 1985 or 1987 i think. i can't remember exactly. but clearly long before the A1200 was released. you want a 1.2rom'd A500 for authenticity. not even going to go into only having the power and mouse plugged in. probably painted the A1200 black so they didn't go into having to pay whoever-amiga-is-today, copyright on the logos. :-D *comic book guy* Poorest. Acuracy. ever. |

TjLaZer Posts:3244 | June 26, 2008, 09:39:54 PM In the video they comment that the game was developed in 1987, but the Amiga 1200 came out in 1992 They should of used an Amiga 500. |

InTheSand Posts:1766 | June 22, 2008, 01:32:48 AM Ah, someone else spotted that! What a "let's completely ignore any facts" episode that one was! The "Amiga" was a black A1200-look-a-like but connected two two 5.25" drives (!) and running something like Wolfenstein with nice beepy music! Oh dear! - Ali |
