emulated sequencing.
« on: November 15, 2006, 11:35:29 PM »
hi all,

i would have loved a high end amiga if i have could afforded it, with delfina flipper and all the add ons...

i have a towered amiga, 3.1 roms, a 40 processor, and 32 ram.

i think i'd have a better time emulating though. but how well would it work? what kind of spec would be needed and how many tracks of audio could i get emulating? i have never used an amiga sequencer... i had dreams of it since the 80's and would love to sit in front of something even very basic. i am a guitar player so prefer the old 4 track approach of something like cakewalk guitar tracks on pc.

what kind of spec pc would i need, and what software package.

thanks.  8-)
i will bless them that bless you. i will curse them that curse you. gods promise to his chosen people the jews.

Any today clone pc should be sufficient for running winuae and the 3.9 operating system. You will be surprised how accurate work the emulator and the speed it has when jit is activated. A must have for an Amiga fan.
