What was this Defender Style Game ???

I once played a Defender style game on the Amiga that was quite cool.This game scrolled up and down a little bit as well as the normal left to right scrolling.In this game if you shot a humanoid it would turn into an angel and start firing at you as it moved upwards.Does anyone know what this game was called ? I thought it was called Oblivion but I can't find anything about it so that might be the wrong title.

It is indeed called Oblivion as is an excellent clone of the original arcade game Defender  :-)
