@ The Editor;
I've been looking at Christmas Lights in the letterbox catalogues!
Those little lights are a whole lot cheaper than the Neon (or cathode) kind!  :-)
BTW, with ALL those fans (knew about those), any heat caused by lighting wouldn't matter.

... Your've chosen a nice tower as well!!

Well, I would have liked to build a Really Big Computer case ..... such as would fit between two walls, be about six foot high, and would have a ladder attached to each side!

Then, when anyone criticized the size of my computer .........

I'd just say:"Well, you just have to get OVER it!"  :hammer:
-vortexau; who\\\'s still waiting! (-for AmigaOS4! ;-) )

You know how every computer has inserts to cover unused 5 1/4 inch bays. Amiga could produce a universal cover..

I was thnking of making one of theese myself out ofmy 1200, when i was planning of towerize it (neither happened though). But, I also have this small Amiga-check-mark stolen from An A1000 found in the-place-where-you-collect-all-the-garbage (soptipp in swedish:-)), someone had thorwn it away!!! I'm still regretting not taking the whole amiga, but I guess the garbage-collecting-guys wouldn't have been to happy.
But still, I lay awake at night and just regret this. It's true, I really do.

I actually did !!  It was a project in one of the magazines .. Forget which one.  But anyway,  I did it,  and included the drive & power lights.  Only problem is....   You have to glue it into a bay cos there's no clips on it.

I think Eyetech DO sell a Amiga engraved cover !!

You mean this one?

If that is the one you are talking about, it's not for sale yet.

That's the one.  If it isn't for sale, I guess I won't be getting that one then.  :-(

It's worth checking Scan every now and again for their "Today only" section.  They sometimes have some good offers in there.  There is a case in there today!

www.scan.co.uk

I would have bought one from them last week but I couldn't seem to find a way to make the delivery address different from the billing address.  D'Oh.

L8-X,

Where can you get a skull case like that?  Is it a custom job or what?  I was showing the guys at work and everyone loved it!

I have seen a popularity jump in the diy wood cases. Actually there isnt anything wrong with wood just still sounds weird to me.

Now, tell me if the skull teeth can be used as a bottle opener. If so, I'll have one.. Although I recon having a 3D Eddy (Eddy from Iron Maiden fame) would be much kewler.

just been looking at some of the stuff on scan uk site
they have got some good things here they also sell ecc registerd sd ram which is what the amigaone is meant to use.as for amigaone cases ive modded a midi tower from pc world if i get around to it ill put a simple website up on yahoo to show some pictures of it.Later on ill think about buying an aluminium coolermaster case but they are expensive then again a lot of time has been put into my case so i might not bother getting something else . :-)  :-)  :-?  ;-)
I once had an amigaone xe but sold it .
