You might run into pb having WB 3.1 on the CF card and ROM3.0 inside your A1200 but I am just guessing...
obvious thing related to "please insert volume..." is that you are missing an assign to this particular directory
same goes for "can't find Launch..." which again is missing an assign to the Launch: directory
find the path of these and assign them or use an assign manager like assignwedge from Aminet which comes with a GUI (see this topic
