Non GeekGadgets GCC for 68k?
« on: July 07, 2004, 03:48:01 PM »
Has anyone got a gcc and binutils build (preferably 2.95 and/or 3.3 or 3.4) for OS3/68k that is independent from all the rest of the GNU/geekgadgets tools, and has been built with libnix or a regular C library, instead of ixemul? Preferably one that can build for 68k and WarpOS too.

Although I have GeekGadgets and ixemul, I don't like the way that works - useful for quickly porting GNU software, yes. Good for quickly creating lean Amiga applications? no.

I know that StormC 4 includes GCC, and the source is on Aminet. Has anyone built it though?

Have you tried compiling under Geek Gadgets with the -noixemul switch?
