this should probably go in a different forum heading but i was wandering, should i decide to code a game for some future probable AROS/OS4/OS5 pda thing what screen size should it be?
now clearly i could get underway making a game which just runs in a small window so, anyone any ideas? e.g. palm

Most PDAs resolution are 240x320, so shoot for that.

Alternatively, use scalable graphics, so it doesn't matter what size the window is...

You are right. IIRC, thats what AmigaDE/intent can do as well.
p.s. - this is my 50th post. Finally!

yer but scalable is rubbish if you're resizing gorgeously drawn sprites, heh.

There are lots of PDA screen resolution sizes. Start at 160x160 for standard PalmOS resolution, and work up from there.

don't forget handhelds! my handheld res is 640x240, I think the jordona is too.
