Title: Any Hebrew or right to left languages ?
Post by: Godfather on December 15, 2003, 12:50:59 PM
Aloha,

The title says it all.

Will there ne any built in support for languages which are written from right to left ?

I guess that localized versions are a much bigger task to achieve.

The Hebrews and the rest of the Old World always wrote right to left. In fact each of their letters has a numerical value which you can use to...

...oh  never mind. Off subject. But no, modern Hebrew still reads the same.

I do have a small programme which adds right-to-left language support to the Amiga and I have Hebrew fonts if you are still looking for them.
