Title: DC-FFS (DOS\4, DOS\5) information?

Hi,

I'm trying to find docs on the disk layout for DC-FFS (directory caching variants of FFS), DOSTypes DOS\4 and DOS\5.

The Amiga Guru Book describes the layout/structure for OFS, FFS and international FFS (DOS\0 to DOS\3), but not the directory caching variants which were introduced with the V39 FFS.

If anyone knows where I can find that info, please let me know!
