This one is only 32MB and 28MHz 030 if I remember correctly.

Yes, that's the plan for the A600 version. Actually there's talk about 25 MHz. But this is more than enough to make the A600 usable. Of course WHDload comes to mind, maybe some IRC, FTP etc. aswell.

I personally would want MMU, at least on the "high end" version, for Linux and NetBSD use. But then I'd also want onboard ethernet

Umm... why? A1200 and A600 can both be fitted easily with a PCMCIA network card.

I knew I left this A600 sitting around for a reason!

Bulkyness, the way the card sticks out, the fragile connectors on the extenders, the need for fix on A1200, the dongle that typically also has BNC still (due to the time those cards come from), the availability, the other uses for PCMCIA, all in all I'd much more prefer to have ethernet right there on the acc board.

But maybe it's just me. :)

I was "this" close to snaging an Apollo 630 card for 4-500 euro couple of weeks ago :)

Whats next, an IComputers CD32 030/IDE/64MB expansion too? ;)

That's what I really like about Jens.  He's looks at the eBay type markets and works out what people are willing to pay for items and then produces a new product that undercuts the second hand market.  It is great business sense and it rewards the community with  working products.

The Apollo 630 is still better. Happy me, i have one (40 MHz full 030/68882/32 MB of RAM) :-)

A nice improvement would be the compatibility with the Indivision ECS, that the Apollo lacks.
There is also the 2 problems of the Apollo: dangerous position over the 68000 chip and heat inside the tiny A600.
10 Classic Amiga Computers so far: I have too many computers!!

OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY !!!!

DROOLS !! The 99 Euro one is for me, now does this thing work on a 3.0 kickstart I wonder ?

And IF a IO expansion would come out for the CD32 Id go freaking crazy !!! :-D

Now, I wonder if the 56 MHZ one will be hot ? Or I might get that instead .. !
This product is a longtime seller ! He can make small reruns of this forever If he wants to.. :-)
There has to be a LOT of unexpanded A1200s out there..

It'd be awesome if there was a VGA chip on there so you'd have the ram, the cpu and gfx chip. Heck an FPGA socket would be nice. So enterprising users can program whatever perhipherals they want off the fpga...

Exactly supply and demand. Also these are made with modern parts. To be honest it's time for an Amiga on a chip solution. A super CPU card / FPGA exandable unit would be ideal.

That's what I'm thinking, a nice video card for the 1200 or 600. The Atari 8-bit has the VBXE, so why don't we got anything? :/

...and I'll be in the queue for that one. Please Jens, that would be a must have for any self respecting CD32 owner.

Tripitaka: I get that a lot! :)

So how are we to know if this hardware is really coming or not? I'd hate to not be a on some elusive mailing list and miss out like I did on the A608.

How do you know if it's really coming, short answer, you don't.  Not until you can put one in a shopping cart and give them your credit card.  I usually keep an eye on amigakit.com myself.
