Cool, at last...
What these notes indicate is that there are tons of little updates, tons of little changes, tons of little bugs, both new and old, and that many of the components live their own lives (which btw is is good thing), and that what ends up being "a release" (3.1.4, 3.1.4.1) is a bit arbitrary for a lot of the components.
A comment in the updates regarding SetPatch' removal of ROMUpdates says
It is suggested that users replace it by a separate invocation by "LoadModule AUTO", or by a custom ROM
Custom ROMs are prohibited by "The Software license" (".. you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify .."), so I suggest Hyperion at long last fix their licenses to match f*in reality already.
