The rotozoomed faces scene in the Oblivion demo was particularily impressive for me..
 
Question about the rotozoom part of both demos: for either demo were those calculations for the rotation and scaling of each frame done in real time? That would totally blow me away if this were the case! (arguably even more so with the C64, since it has the slower CPU of the two).

Still, respect goes to the C64 demo for pushing the hardware. I also liked this C64 image art (2-color hires mode! o.O)
