Ju-Jitsu is fun, until your training partner plants a knee in your groin, then the fun ends, rather qiuckly!

Dude, she is a 5th degree black belt, she would choke you out in no time I like..

A knee in the groin is never fun ... And if one thinks so, everybody tells you, you're a pervert :-D


But the black belt doenst frighten me - Martial Art's are fun to watch, but if the one you fight against is way stronger than you, and the one you fight against doenst play by the rules of "that martial art", all the black belts in the world doenst help you - You'll just get you're as kicked then ;-)

Martialarts works in selfdefense, trust me. But Ju-Jitsu/grapping art, would be the art of choice rather than a striking system. Since ju-jitsu have various technics to pasifie the attacker rather than destroy him.

btw my ex wife and I used to do martial arts together, and size and strength does not always win, you got to account for the sucker punch or the lucky shot.

Anyway way off topic.

Hahahahaha.... I would love to see one of you pasifie me :-D    Martialarts can look cool (and quite silly if you're just another wannabe), but it doenst help you at all.

I work as a doorman at night (at day time Im a hypnotist/ therapiest) and damn, we often have a laugh over all the Karate, Ju-Jitsu, Kung Fu Wanna"bees" :-) And believe me - we have many of them here.

Hmmmmm.... 100kg and less than 7% bodyfat? Are you sure about that? What are you Hercules? It seems awfully low for someone that big. Especially when you take into account that fat is stored in muscle. Are sure you are 7%?  

You dont know much about the body I can hear... Most BIG bodybuilders go as low as 3-4 %

Sure bodybuilders can go that low but you are not a bodybuilder

I'm not going to say you are not 7% body fat it's just that it's a very difficult level to get to and usually when people claim to be that low it is because they didn't use the calipers properly

And the 7% is not that hard too reach. Just dont sit on your ass all day and excersise my friend ;-)

And for those who think I hate Martial Arts ... Im into Taekwondo, but see it more as a real good streching program. ( only orange belt )
