Site bug reports forum closed?

I went to submit a bug and I don't see how to add one like I did a few weeks ago.

How should we report problems with the site?

Hmm, I'm on a windows PC using Chrome now and I see that right where I expected it to be.

Maybe OWB was the cause of both my problems.

First I typed a few paragraphs into a post and it complained that a post had to be at least one character long (plus throwing away my text), then no way to submit a new issue.

Thanks, maybe I need to bug OWB instead.
