Thanks to PG and his special 060LC libraries, i have gained almost 20 MIPS to shine at 65 MIPS, a value rather normal for a 060@50 Mhz.

However, i am still unsure this CPU has really no MMU and FPU or if it is a full 060.
Indeed, RemApollo, which use MMU, seems to be working.
AmigaAMP, which exist in both normal and noFPU version, is working in both if i use the correct libraries.

So how comes this cpu is faster with LC libs if it is a full CPU?

Any way to truly test FPU and MMU?
10 Classic Amiga Computers so far: I have too many computers!!

Wow.. Its been a long time.

Xanxi, I have an Apollo1260, but with a 68LC060 as part of a strangely socketed daughterboard (I guess for voltage reduction.)  Anyway, the best libs I've found for this board are the muLibs from Aminet.  I've tried the libs from the install disk, but these "feel" much faster.

Give em a try and let me know what you think..  Not sure which of the two below I used (may be the same libs.)

Library to ctrl the MC68K MMUs
   MuLib aware 68060, 68040, 68030 and 68030.libraries

I'm not sure how far you'll get with an EC proc, but I'd really like to know.
