I wouldn't mind the car trip up to QLD, but I don't want to fork out for accommodation either. I'd rather buy more Amiga gear.

I'll see how things pan out, I don't feel like some celebrating until there is some new hardware.

Dave, at our April SCCAN meeting, it was agreed we could have our next meeting at your house.  How does the June 12-13 weekend sound?

That might work out, contact me via email at my earthlink.net email address and we can discuss the possibility of having the SCCAN meeting here.  That will not replace the actual 25th Anniversary Amiga Party I am planning to have on July 24th & 25th, but any of the SCCAN members that want to attend both are welcome to do so.
