They've had things like that floating around here in the 'states for a few years.  All it does is do some data stream compression and cache a hell of a lot of stuff so things "appear" to go faster.  That "Speeds up 70% of internet use" means text and some images, but not files.  Files will still crawl, so it's not like you're suddenly going to be moving huge chunks of data (say, a Linux distro ISO) at breakneck speeds.  I looked in to it when I was poor and wanted some sort of broadband (I have cable based broadband now), but ultimately it isn't all that.

Check out the "Technoogy FAQ", it's BS. Probably nothing more than Cache, note that in only speeds up things you've already downaloaded(The point being :-?), and probably on your own computer.

Ignore this and stick with sweet lovely Broadband! :-D
