In regards to ARM 68k emulation, there is a JIT core available. I think it debuted with UAE4ARM, but don't quote me on it
It's not blindingly fast, but its enough to get, at a guess, something like '030 through to lower spec '060 type speeds on an RPI2 (depending on what its doing).
