I've been looking at the pictures of the Indivision aga and the FastATA1200, i concluded that it wont fit. they occupy the same space, right over the RAM and something around there, dont remember the details now.

Ah yes, rom riser. that would work. I mailed him about this but got no reply, is there such a think as a rom riser tho?

I was prepared myself to just get the idefix...

Yeah, I'm in the same boat with my FastATA MK-III controller.  I still purchased one of Jen's gems though and was about to get another for my other A1200 when I realized there would be a conflict of the two.  I maybe looking at getting myself a IDE-fix as well.

In the '70's people used "wire wrap" sockets which had 2-3cm long legs that wires could be wrapped around instead of using a PCB, mainly used for prototyping circuits.

If you can get a socket with 40 pins (I think), you can use it as a rom riser.

The Mediator should work with the Apollo '030.

About the raiser:

1. You may only use one raiser (usually Elbox recommends 2) and be able to fit indivision by the looks of it.

2. Even if you do use 2, the Mediator will work, my A1200 is the working proof of it (as 1 raiser wasn't enough for the BVision to fit), Mediator is slightly tilted, but it works fine.
