Seems like there's a post on this subject about every week or two. If you search the forums you'll find a lot of other threads, also you can always ask anyone who posts a screenshot which software they use, I'm sure they'd be glad to help.

Am sure other will chime in with more, since everyone's Workbench is a little different, and everyone has their own customization preferences which they think are the best, lol.
But yeah, look at screenshots and ask questions is your easiest way to get started.
