No it would not! as you said its a 68k based Laptop and the current version of AROS does not support anything else then x86 based cpu (PC if you will) you could always try and hunt down a AROS version from 97 when there was still a up 2 date 68k version but i doubt it would be very usefull :-)! better wait untill someone finds the interest in porting to 68k again or buy a x86 based laptop.

Yes AROS is written in C.
