Amiga Programming with Amiga Forever?
« on: December 16, 2014, 01:28:51 PM »
I would like to get back into Amiga programming, preferably in C.

While I wait to find a good condition hardware-based Amiga, I am using Amiga Forever for emulation.

Is there an open source C compiler that would work?

Back in the day I used SAS C, but those disks are long gone.

Thank you for any suggestions.

VBCC (AmigaOS 2.x+)

http://sun.hasenbraten.de/vbcc/

I use it with Amiga Forever running 3.1 and it's great.
2x A1000, 2x A2000, 1x A3000, 4x A1200, 3x A500, 1x CDTV, 1x CD32, 2x Pegasos II, 1x EFIKA
