Are there any known issues with the 3.1.4 serial device? I have a GuruModem which worked fine on my A600 but on the A1200 with 3.1.4 I can receive characters like a list of available wifi sites, but I don't appear to be transmitting properly. Checked all the settings and it should be working.
Also, I searched the Hyperion site and noticed a complaint about iPrefs crashing after changing a preference on an OS 4 machine. The post on Hyperion said it was fixed. I saw this same crash several times today.
