Hi all.
Can anyone describe to me where exactly the battery for the A500 plus clock function is located ? I need to locate it before it potentially ends up corroding my motherboard.

You really can't miss it. It's a big three-ridged barrel about 1/2" by 5/8" right next to the expansion port. I have three of these units. Sorry no pics, but a quick Google Images search for "Amiga 500+ battery" turns up results.
