Apple's intent is about market control, not competition or intellectual property rights.

Rip M$ to shreds into tiny companies. 360 consoles, Kinect division, MS Office division, MS Games studios, OS development division and force each to run on it's own ISOLATED profits not from the profits for that putrid sh1t Windows which got an illegal monopoly and the limp wristed courts did not punish them enough for.
