Hello from Lozman, London/Essex
« on: November 03, 2009, 06:13:10 PM »
Hello everyone,

Lozman here, old school Amiga A500 owner from my youth back in 1987 which I owned for about 8 years before selling it :( Seemed like a good idea at the time. However I quite recently revived my passion for retro gaming and got another one, as well as an A600. Despite doing a lot of stuff on Emu these days (it is very accessible afterall) I still love doing it for real on the actual kit. There is a special place in my heart for the chrip of the drive kicking into action when you put the disk in.

I've got a large collection of retro gaming gear dating back to the Atari 2600 console, (but I won't go into that here as I'm not sure if its banned yet) ;)

The amiga is and probably always will be my favourite.

A bit about me; I work in the west end of central London looking after IT infrastructure for a web company. I'm married, and have three great Sons.

Thanks for accepting my registration on here, I look forward to using the site.

Regards,
Lozman.

Welcome, Lozman!  You definately sound like you've found the right place...

Most of us have more retro stuff than we can stack (and very understanding wives for those married).

It's coming up on winter there, perfect time to work on the indoor hobby!  I was stationed in Essex (Weathersfield) in 69-70. Hated the winter!

Again, welcome aboard!!
