Hi all, just thought I would alert you to my good friend's auction for an Amiga One on eBay. This is the link -
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300367606917 but basically the system is as follows:
AmigaOne XE G4
CPU : 800MHz PowerPC 7455 (G4) processor. It's not overclocked and is running at the standard 800Mhz on the original Eyetech supplied (LOUD!) heatsink and fan)
RAM : 512MB RAM (1 x 512MB Crucial registered PC133 DIMM
Video card: Crucial Radeon 8500LE 128MB (1 analogue video port, 1 DVI port , TV-Out)
IDE: Silicon Image SIL 0680 based IDE RAID card (2 x PATA ports for 4 drives total)
Hard Drive: Toshiba 60GB 7200RPM PATA hard drive with 8MB cache (running on port 1 of SIL card)
CD-ROM: Panasonic CR 585-B 24x CDROM (running on port 2 of the SIL card)
Sound: Creative Labs SoundBlaster Live 5.1 CT4670 (Emu10k1 chipset)
Floppy Drive: Generic Sony floppy drive
Battery: New CR2032 battery ( A1 boards don't boot if the battery is flat)
Case: Standard ATX case. The case is a silver aluminium ATX case - which in retrospect this wasn't an ideal choice as it makes the external drives look odd as they don't have silver face plates
Uboot version: Uboot v1.1.1 March 3 2005
Operating System: AmigaOS v4.0 with all updates including the anniversary update.
Kickstart version: 52.8
Workbench version: 52.1
Media: Original pre-order "Developer pre-release" Amiga OS4.0 CD, the AmigaOne Boot Install CD for Debian, and the Debian 3.0rc1 PPC Binary-1 CD - These are the original three CDS that came with the pre-order deal, I'll also include all that updates etc I accumulated on an additional DVD-R
He has the link to this post so will be able to comment on any questions.
Cheers all
John
