Hi

There is not a lot of info on the page, is the money purely to "research"  manufacture or to get production up and running?

Don't want to be negative, but more info would be helpful.

Wait what? Someone is asking for €15 000 to "research" the development of a replacement C128D keyboard? And from what I understand, the fundraising service they've chosen ("Go fund me"?) doesn't even allow them to hand out perks?

Asking strangers for free money without giving anything back in return - not even an insurance that the project will come into fruition - is a tall order, especially without any kind of plan on how to get there. Not presenting themselves and their previous hardware projects (if any) doesn't really instill confidence. They could just as well have asked for funds to set up a human cardboard colony on Mars.
