Acill Posts:2772 | January 02, 2004, 05:22:31 PM Ah yes. I tried so hard to make that thing have more RAM too. I took a bunch of old Macs and tried to piggy back ram from them on one. It never did work for me. I ended up just getting an insider RAM board, then later a Phoenix board. |

Man, those were heady days I think it's about twice the size - but it doesn't have "RAM pack wobble" :-) For those who didn't own a ZX81: RAM pack wobble was when the RAM expansion moved and the computer crashed. I should have taken a picture with my CF card sitting beside it - which has 1000 times the capacity and probably cost considerably less! |
