Looks fairly interesting, but not quite as advanced as others like AtheOS. It says that "SkyOS is mainly (99.9%) a one man project." - I'm guessing it's GPL, but I cannot find it anywhere. The only thing is that it's all in 80386 assembler - porting would never be a possibilty.
