graffias79 Posts:335 | December 30, 2003, 12:20:25 AM Hmm i guess chevy would be the A2000 as that's the oldest one there hehe. The A500's case has baked in the sunlight for a couple years so it's quite yellow as well. Both of those have 68000 CPUs. The 500 has Kickstart 2.04 and the 2000 has Kickstart 1.3. The 500 is fitted with a 2MB agnus replacement board so it only has 2MB chipram, and the 2000 has an A2091 HD controller with a quantum 40MB drive. The A1200 has a 68030+882 accelerator with 32MB fastram. I modded the case to make room for an IDE ribbon to come out the left side of the machine to connect to a 2.5GB IDE HDD and CD-ROM. A micronic powersupply powers the 1200. I got online for the first time back in early 1998 with my A1200 and an old version of AWeb and a demo of Miami. Aaah Those were the days 8-) |
