That is supposed already done, but this ipod isnt connected to net, with itunes i try to make some kind of format the ipod...

Now i know what kind of ipod... is a ipod touch 2g with fw 4.2.1, the latest one for this ipod

After try this:

http://tech-pr0n.wonderhowto.com/how-to/upgrade-your-old-iphone-ipod-touch-ios-5-0132895/

When fw is selected show the requester "the ipod "ipod administrator"could not be restored because the firmware file is not compatible".

Some more ideas?

You need to authorize your computer because that iPod is already registered to your friend on his computer. I would suggest backing up all of the data (you will need the user/password), reset the iPod, install the desired software/firmware, and install all of the backed up data onto the iPod. It would probably be better if you do this on his computer, as that will be where he syncs, downloads content, and backs up on.

Otherwise:

Do you use the same kind of computer as your friend (Eg: Mac vs PC)?
Have you tried using different versions of iTunes?
Have you tried downloading the FW manually?

Install an alternative OS.

Isn't this just for iPhones, not iPods?

Yep Apple simply dropped support of the touch 2nd gen less than 2 years after it was still on retail sale. Which meant apps people had actually purchased for it were automatically removed before they were advised that the new version wasn't supported on their device. The response from Apple: "iPod touch 2nd gen is no longer supported. You need to upgrade your iPod to a newer model in order to receive updates to your apps"  In the same year that Jobs passed away and all.
Not sure if this issue has been fixed yet but since iTunes knows damn well what version of iPod you have someone's either stuffed up bad or Apple's happy to block access to last supported versions of apps.  Either way its a bit of a **** act.  I can guarantee you if Microsoft did something like this it would be the biggest IT outrage of all time.
