It seems the most annoying tune ever written is by the Electronicas, called "Birds dance"

All the -crap.

I.e. mostly 'uhuh, yeah, uhuh, shake that, uhuh' with 90% of the song consisting of very shallow sexual innuendo (or outright softcore porn).

And don't get me started on house- and/or dance'music'. Pass me the bucket :puke:.

in New York, Hardcore is basically music from the street. that is, totally not commercial. on purpose. it's FAST and LOUD and HARD. full of testoserone and rude in the extreme.

Most Hardcore songs tend to be political. altho, Murphy's Law was basically very funny.

it's where "moshing" first started. and THAT term was invented in CGBG's in the 80's by a fellow who's name i have forgotten. and my friend who was there when it was first mentioned has since died. unfortunately.
the exchange went like this:

charlie (my friend): hey, "unknown name", what's that you'er doing? (watching as the guy is gyrating around the floor)

"guy": uh, mmm......oh! Moshing!

charlie: ah! really!

Well, hardcore is a form of punk-rock, indeed, BUT it is also a form of INFAMOUS techno.

Imagine, at least 200BPM, a piercing bassdrum (think resonating TB303), vocal samples played to a high pitch and looped noise samples. If you want a good example of this crap, try any demo/tune by Jormas (yes, the Amiga demo-group).

Alternatively, you have gabber, which is even more extreme and contains samples from Metal riffs, played high-pitched, too.
Awful!...

Techno is vomit but hardtech is MICROWAVED vomit!
