My favourite song is "Song of Our Homeland" by I. Cooper.
The melody of this song is created by A. Borodin, a Russian composer in 19th century for "Prince Igor" opera.
The same melody also featured in "Kismet" opera.
In 1953, Tonny Bennet had a number one hit with "Stranger In Paradise", based on this melody.
In 2001, I. Cooper released the "Song of Our Homeland", based on the same melody, but different lyrics.

Is there any other famous songs with the same melody but different lyrics?

What is your favourite song from the official album?
