Does any one know where I can find any... I can't drum 3/4 to save my life :-(

3/4 timing as in waltz? Man, what are you working on?
You could just pick a fairly regular 4/4 pattern then slice and dice it to your needs...

Yes, As in waltz :-)
I've managed to drum up something quite horrible, but functional...
As for slicing and dicing 4/4 loops... I have tried and the results are chaotic and unsitable for my need :-(

@bloodline:
Maybe you should check the "bob clearmountain" sample cd.
I have programmed some 3/4 beats with good luck, im mostly into 4/4 though ;-)

I spent today recording my first 3/4 song... I'm almost ready to show it to the rest of the band. But I want some drums on it, I know how they should sound, but I can't seem to get it right.
My mind just slips into 4/4 without me knowing about it :-(

My method for playing new/tricky beats is this:
Practice them for a few hours solid, then don't try it or think about
it for at least two days. Usually it seems that when you come back to it,
you've picked it up far better than racking your head over it for
days. May sound strange, but it works for me.
Don't wait too long though, else you'll be back at square one.

I mixed a sliced and diced 4/4 loop with my own hideous creation, and it sounds great :-D
I love the way it sounds, but, it does sound too much like a Millitary March... is this a "feature" of 3/4 drum patterns? Since I have nothing to compare it with... maybe "Golden Brown", but that is justa hihat and a cymbol :-(

 Try a 3/4 breakbeat next...

Hmm, militrary march is usually 2/4 or 4/4 isnt it? Still I can imagine it has a sort of "um pah pah" thing going. Chuck a tuba bassline and see how it goes :-D
I kinda like odd timing. Some stuff I did once alternated 7/8 and 4/4 in places. Had a certian "tripping over the drumkit" quality...

I'll run the multitrack through onto the computer and send it to you if you like.

I just use whatever Music 2000 has available. :-D
*edit*
Waltz, doing some S.O.A.D. like tunez? :-P
