Description: Its A500IDE from Mika Leinonen. I made this PCB many years ago (it was double sided then). Bottom side looks somewhat better. IIRC, I got the edge connector from Conrad.de The LED was attached later. (just temporarily with long wire) I think it worked fine, because you could read drive information with it.
