@Thomas Richter
thanx for your response.
I'd like to suggest a feature. Can you add a tool/functionality that shows which program holds a lock onto a file or directory saving the afore mentioned from being altered/deleted?

There is a donation campaign going on to fund updating of gcc to allow further support of the 68k platform. if just a few more people chip in some bucks, it will happen.

There is no way to sniff it out with a debug option from a working machine? Or disassemble it? :-\

I'm pretty sure it is about the non-standard CD interface.

@Thomas Richter

Can you change the showconfig output to format the mem range to be aligned to the right, like, by adding 0s or spc before hex values? Would be nicer, i think. More like a proper table.

 I don't see any problem in expanding capabilities in new OS versions or even break compatibility at some point.
If someone writes new code than choose your target platform wisely. If you rely on 3.2 API you should ask for the right library version in the first place. :)

Can this new title bevelbox be used as just a title bar or will an argument of zero for height cause the box to overdraw itself with the bottom border?

Some ideas, maybe stupid:
Can there be a way to invoke the border scrollers and arrows in a similar way, by adding WFLG_WBborderscrolls or something?
And, on another topic, is it possible to implement a late-mount for devices that has been powered up while the system is already running, and are not swappable?

Just to be clear: it is not like the old Mounter that mounts partitions, but a real mounter that scans the bus(ses) again?

Regarding the border scroll gadgets:
it is about the images. if i dont have to take care of the appearance it would be much easier to add those gadgets, whatever idcmps they may deliver.

You could already build it in and wait for support in the future.

I just experienced a funny thing on my current WB:
When copying (lots of) files, i can resize and rearrange open windows, but i cannot close them. Why is that and can you fix this?
