If I preorder OS4.1 FE now with other items, do you wait to ship all together? Or, how does that work... Other options for split shipping? Sorry, always trying to save on shipping....

Um, well, duh! I mean, is your policy to allocate what's in stock now and  then ship all at once when the preorder item is availble? Or, can you add  the proper shipping to the entire order (that would include the preorder  item) and ship what's in stock now and then ship the preorder item  later?
