DCE SX2 chip RAM expansion

Working with one of these with no manual and have been unable to find one online.

Not sure if it was originally designed this way or was modded by the previous owner, but I've got a socket with a couple of wires coming off of it.

Anybody know where the socket with the wires should go?

If it's anything like the other Chip RAM expansions, I'd guess the wires are probably meant to connect to Gary. But definitely get that verified before trying it!
