How do you have an Amiga drive hooked up to a SATA port? Might be whatever adapters you're using? FWIW I think I just saw mentioned on another thread that Clonezilla could clone Amiga drives? Not sure about that one, think I saw some mention, anyway.
You can always just copy Amiga stuff using a directory utility on the Amiga side, don't need any fancy cloning software there.
