I retrieved this special multikickstarter : "C by HK-Computer".

Commodore part number 315093-1 is apparently Kickstart 1.2 chip.

 Given the label of "anti-virus" it appears to be a breakout card for sideways ROM expansion, to store the anti-virus software (must be nearly 30 years out of date) without an auto booting hard drive.
 
 It's interesting, but in these days of mass storage devices, it's a very clunky way of doing things.
