3.9 boots in about 5 seconds on my A1200, 3.1 even a little quicker. The A2000 is a bit slower (but not much).

Fast booting is a necessary feature though with crash-happy AmigaOS. :P

That eMac will run Leopard NOT Snow Leopard and could be a very usuable daily computer for websurfing,and games is where it can't keep up  with the PC world.
