Framemachine rgb bypass

Hi! Anyone have this board? I have framemachine II (aga) with prism24, all aga pal modes are very good, but no-flicker modes are out of sync for my 1960! Is normal? I thought it would bypass this modes, I need to use two monitors?  :-\
