Yep, they work very well indeed! For a few weeks or months anyway, until one of the directions in the D-pad breaks. I've gone through about four of them already, thankfully I got a bundle of them.
Oh, and they're a real pain in the butt to plug into the Amiga, they're very stiff and you have to wiggle them gently for about a minute to get them all the way into the socket.
