Amiga 94-key keyboard | ||
Previous Image | Next Image | ||
Description: There is some argument going on in some of the forums over just how many keys an Amiga keyboard has. As far as I know, this is the version with the *LEAST* number of keys (large enter and shift keys), and it clearly has 94 keys, so those claiming 92 are just plain wrong. Most european versions came with a shorter enter and left-shift key, enabling 2 extra keys for a 96-key layout. The Amiga 1200 (in the UK at least) shipped with a 96 key layout, so that Commodore could save money only making one layout, and the extra two keys were blank. So, how many keys does an Amiga keyboard have? As far as I can tell, 94 or 96.
