How do I get to pay without needing a PayPal account?

I've now noticed that AmiStore checkout gives the option to purchase via a PayPal "Check out as a Guest" option ... however, when you click that link, it still only gives me the option of paying by PayPal or creating a PayPal account.
Is the "Check out as a Guest" button meant to appear and, if so, why isn't it working?
I'm itching to spend my money with AmiStore!
