Description: So a friend of mine just showed me this and left it with the thought, "Did Commodore take the design of the CD32 from this"? The "Painter" was to be a 030 Falcom mini comp. from Atari.... VERY interesting....

| January 12, 2008, 01:26:23 AM Looks to me like Atari tried to copy Commodore AGAIN...and failed AGAIN...of course, had they known that Commodore were as lost as they were and was about to deep six during this era, Atari might have managed to survive in the home computer arena by trying something different for a change. ;-) |

And, the later versions of the Microbox look a lot different (some websites say they were modeled after HP/Sun workstations). If anything the later versions look a lot like a PS2.  |
