That sounds like one of the old AmigaOne SE's. They are pretty much a lost cause as far as USB goes.
Sadly that applies across the board for A-Ones, since they all share the same chipset and associated issues.
The Teron motherboard was never meant to be anything other than a proof of concept/evaluation board. It should never have shipped as a finished product to the public.
