No what I meant is a direct replacement motherboard for my 1000 with much improved specs. So with an 030/040/060 not 68000, 32bit Fast RAM on the motherboard too, KS in RAM not ROM and pref 32bit Fast RAM like some A1000 acc boards had. A super Denise and obese Agnus with 2mb Chip RAM would be nice. And actually forget SCSI, a 7200RPM 2.5" IDE drive and a 32bit IDE controller on the CPU is faster than any Amiga will ever require, and simple to find.

Also that product website is probably the worst I have ever seen, devoid of a simple explanation of features in the main page. It's all meaningless if you just want to know about it at the basic level not someone who already knows all about it Anyway I lost interest as soon as I saw there's 68000 on the motherboard so it's nothing like this project with 030 and 32bit Fast RAM on the m/b etc let alone an ECS upgrade which is impossible for an A1000.

..get out your glasses, re-read the site more carefully, whatever, but the GBA1000 board IS a drop in motherboard replacement with '030 and fastram onboard.

edit: ..what Tahoe said.
