New Hardware possibility for Amibian/aros

Would this laptop shell, combined with Raspbian Compute card enable
The use of Amibian/Aros/Aeros, To be used on Cheap laptop Alternative?

Started with a zx81,
wanted a c64
Ended up with an Electron with plus 3
Traded up to an Amiga 500
Traded up with a Amiga 1200
now in a ICS tower(Amigo+ppc240 with blizz+128ram)

Of course you could just use Raspbian on it.
